JPIA Night: A Story, Las Vegas

I can't deny the excitement that I was feeling the moment we were called for a meeting regarding this year's JPIA Night. I even voted for the "Gods and Goddesses" as our theme f1or the event and dress like the mighty Zues or the ever lovely Athena. However, my choice didn't win during the division of the house. The "Las Vegas " theme won instead.  But it's okay.  LAS Vegas was next in my list anyway.

But what? excites of more was the fact that my boyfriend is coming to the party.  Yeah.  It was a miracle for him to come.  For the record, this was also the first party that he managed to attend. The last two years were the boring years if  you would ask me. His won't let him attend for some reasons that we truly understand.

Finding a dress was tougher than I thought. We needed to follow the dress code which is "Red. Blue.  Gold. Silver. " And everyone's encouraged to pick those glittery ones. I've been to different malls to look for a beautiful dress but I want it to be simple and not so eye-catching. But looking for dresses at the mall isn't a very wise idea since there is that possibility that you'll have instant twins during he party...if  you know hat I mean.

So I chose to look for a dress at small shops and luckily,  I found this book glittery blue dress which I believed would be best to wear at night. And I can't afford to lose it.  So bought it right away.  And poof! Dress solved--shining, shimmering,  and splendid. I'm ready for Vegas...

I also happened to participate in a dance competition that night and days before the exact night  were spent rehearsing our dance steps.  I admit hat my dance mix was an obvious-amateur mix and I was not really prove of it. Well,  you'll see I'll be home with that next time.

After the final practice during the morning, I had a last minute shopping at SM Mall for some party essentials with Precy. We were really tired because of the practice but I still have to buy a brand new Red Lipstick,  yeah,  I was planning on having a full red lips that night and I did. Thanks to Maybeline New York.

I had a quality nap when I got home -- a last minute beauty rest will do--well,  it really has to.  I set my alarms.  I'm afraid I'll wake up so late.  They said 4pm would be the start of the attendance but everyone knows I'm not that obedient when it comes to coming on time.

But it was really not my plan to wake up part two thirty in the afternoon.  I should have awaken earlier for the long preparations for everything.  I had a mini panic during the moment.  I didn't know what to do. I didn't even know what to do with my hair.  Shall I curl my hair or the straighter version? Or the Pop Up one?

I chose the pop up one at first and with the help of my sister it looked book and cute.  However,  the problem here
